dont really have another email but like do u need to access the email to register the acc or can i just use a rando i dont even use?

Just make a new email on a free-mail page. I think you need to validate your account with your email.

made a new, but dont know wut to do to get the download, and what if iv already used the download??? :/

If you registered a new account just click on it. Now you should see a green button that's called "add a game to my list" or something like that. Click on that button and enter your Cd-Key.
Now you should recieve a 26 digit cd key. Download the game and install it with the 26 digit cd key.

when i tried to login it comes up with some error thingo... i enable the acc from email and everything?

e: my key has already been claimed like i sed. i mustve done it a few years back...

That's the only way to download it. As far as i know.

In that case you will need to try to remember your old account.
What you still can try: Check your email in-box for mails concerning your Blizzard account. They maybe refer to your account name.
