Have you tried restarting your computer, or reinstalling your diablo ?
You might try also run your diablo as in compatibility mode or what ever it is called in english ^^
If the problem keeps going, you should scan your computer for viruses, check your firewall if its not supporting diablo 2 or perhaps contact your service provider.
