click start
control panel
click on java (should be a teacup icon) (switch to classic view)
click on general tab
temporary internet files
settings
Delete files...
select both and click OK

but try taking your comp/laptop/w.e to a friends place.... hook up to that network, and try it then.... just as your phone has its own ip... im wondering if its the ip thats being blocked? :/ ionno like i said the more i think about it the stupider my idea sounds
