You have downloaded the incorrect driver for your GPU. If you know of anybody that can open your machine and take a look at your GPU to tell you what type it is, it would help you find the correct driver.

Haven't read anything anyone has written , but what browser are you using?
I had the same problem with Firefox , nothing to do with loading or the graphic cards as far as I found out.
Started using chrome and never had the problem again.
