I dont have any issues while surfing on web sites etc before reisnatlling system my bro and me could play at same time wihout any issues and so, everything was fine...

Here is what i'm using

Win 7 Home Premium
4x 30.10 Ghz
4 GB
graphic card - Nivida gefore gtx 560 ti
wirless internet card - Realtec Pcie family controller

Your system seems fine man. You have enough RAM, and your GPU is decent enough to avoid lag in many clients and system itself. I doubt your wireless card has anything to do with it since you can surf the web quite well. Anybody's internet can be slow even with the fastest internet if there are a neighborhood of people using it. For example, if you are using Fiber Optics to access the internet, and if there are a lot of people in your neighborhood using the same Fiber Optics to access their internet, then lag will occur. If you have not tried this yet, try re installing your machine and GL man.

Well problem still exist even after reinstall system twice (+ if i'm the only one who connect to net from hous )...

I had this problem, when i played diablo2 on my laptop some years ago.
i played in window mode, with exe -w . u using this aswell?

only with " -w" playing but i doubt it have nothing to do with this ;/
