When the scammer is locked and wont payback his scams he just wont get unlocked Ever!

You have confirmed that locking will take place if it is proven that that person neglected to pay back the loan; thanks!

I did not said it whas guaranteed
I said if theres enough proof it is possible
aslong its not supported by Jsp its at you own risk my advice just dont do it

People loan fg to one another quite frequently in the Bar & Pub Games sub-forum, scams aren't so rare. Sometimes people are locked (I can't think of the last time someone was locked for welching a loan), but most of the time, they are not

Do not give loans to people that you do not trust. If you give someone a loan and they do not repay, make a scammer accusation. If you scam on d2jsp, you will be locked and scammer tagged.
