Napinsp.dll is part of Windows Vista e-mail naming shim provider.

I only use 2 tabs and got 4 process

then use process explorer to find out what the other processes are, post them if you need to (dont post outside links, just the command line)

I really don't know what the issue is :S

I can't think of anything else then some kind of virus

format PC, and you're fine

Brand new pc.
I only have LoL , D2 , Nod32 and anti spyware program's.
Router is old ofc..but nvm had these attack so massively.
Anyway Superantispyware found 765 Tracing Cookie's some how so I guess that was the problem.
I will switch to FireFox I think.
