The staffare volunteers that do a lot of work for the site & are already over worked
With 600k+ site members & only 30ish staff members... Lowering them more would only make the site worse & allow for a lot more violations to occur & go unpunished
There is mods that troll threads and suspend of warn people like that for stupid cause
they have other things to do ! since you said that they are only 30 , thats lot of job
but they decide to troll threads and warn and such.
