Then try using the Contact feature at the bottom of the page.

It is your last resort since the recovery process didn't work.

When doing this provide as much evidence as possible to prove that the account is yours.

You just need to be patient.
It can take up to some days. (Depends how busy they are)
Anyways I wish you good luck.

Edit:
I think you need:
Your old email (just for proof)
Your old password.
Your amount of Donation.
(Stuff like this)

If you have purchased FG then you should give your paypal address
copy of your id (picture)
address
