When they send me the money via paypal if I quickly transfer it or spend it, can they still chargeback?

If they can't get the money from your bank account they're able to cancel the payment.

I don't know what that last guy said but if you spend it or remove the money they will just put your account at a negative balance.(And depending on how you have your account set up, it could automatically remove funds from a credit card/bank card to put it back to even)

Okay I am definitly not using paypal

don't get me wrong, it is probably the best way to buy things online, but never have a balance or receive money(that you wouldn't want to lose) on it.
