deinstall and new ..

is this the solotuion to all problems? if you get realm down you reinstall? ... we're asking for other soloutions. I hate to repeat myself.

allright when I connect to europe it now downloads patch. but when installing I get this error:

i take that errors as a sign that they will put 1.13 from PTR to the real realms soon

I'm so fed up with people who "helps", without reading at all. we did that already but didnt work.
