you mentioned that he just changed his jsp name?
this is most likely the problem.

Njaguar most likely has requests coming out of his ass, so if this is the case then he will do the name change and then enable the account as soon as possible.

Just give it time. if it isnt up and running within 24 hours then i advice pming Njaguar to see whats going on.
