Military see's everything, even things expunged by the governor of the state. Their documents you sign, your annex A, B, and C make clear of this, and advocate felony persecution for attempting to conceal or cover it up. I'd hope the process for getting a weapon was the same, but I doubt it.

Yes we have every government networking contract, our background checks go through the FBI federal database.

Depends on the level of background checks they do. Df 666 is correct, government agencies can see things even if they've been expunged.

Also, I think what df666 is trying to say is he can hire/fire anyone he wants for any reason, but if its solely because of a juvenile charge, the employee or former employee could possibly sue for wrongful termination.

It also depends on the possition ur going for the level of backround check used

Millitary/government can see any & all records (regardless of the outcome/designation) as already stated

Df666 it correct in being able to use what ever reason they chose for not hiring/firing

But it also depends on the state, As a buisness owner in CA - CA is an Employer at will state - meaning that "Employment can be terminated by the Employer or Employee at any time, for any reason"

yep, thing is, I never have to give a reason why i didnt hire them, there is nothing in the law that states i have to if your in a right to work state
