God... just realised my mistake. I'm trying to disable CTRL + ALT + Keypad, sorry, not SHIFT.

e/ Also managed to get to the screen you showed on the s/s, but both are already set to 'Not Assigned'

:) I work in the Tech support field, if I was vulnerable to natural human mistakes I would of went insane by now.

Problem solved?

I'm still not sure you get what I mean, it's nothing to do with language imput or keyboard layout. I am literally talking about my screen flipping upside down when I hit CTRL + ALT + PgDn/Keypad arrow.

Oh that should be CTRL ALT Arrow keys

Try looking in your graphics card properties to see if you can set what hot key does it.

Wait, is this on a laptop?

Yes, it's on a laptop. No idea where I'd find my graphics card properties.

Stops it happening on the number pad, but it still happens on the 'keypad', i.e. the regular up, down, left and right buttons.

Silly intel graphics :)

Good news I know whats wrong

Bad news it'll be different on your PC

sec wait for my edit...

This is how I'd change it on mine

Go to Display > advanced > intel gfx

Monkey around till you find it. If you require more help I could remote into your computer and do it myself. LMK

Found it! Some stupid feature to flip the screen... no idea why that even exists.

Thank you!
