"the rest of you" need to talk to whoever does pay and lay out your situation.

Being sneaky is not the way to go , and what you are trying to do is not ethical and I personally don't think it should be assisted.

unsure how you validate this? i pay my part of the bill every time and leave it up to the person who is billed to get everyone elses.

also, how is it not ethical? i pay for the internet so why should one person be able to make it unbearably slow for everyone else. as i said before im not looking to ban her completely or limit her completely, would rather just make it so everyone is able to use it relatively equally.

i personally would tell her to fuck off and if she didint i would simply shut her sit down specially if im paying a portion and some jackass is stealing all my internets

Pretty much.
But it's just as easy to change incoming connection port in the torrent program.
