As youtube is a place to share videos, I'm sure they can't sue. After all, it's being publicly hosted on a server that isn't theirs, which they willingly uploaded to, and left an embed feature in.

How could they possibly press charges?

No you morons. Fair use agreement. Look it up. Almost exclusively, all internet hosting sites offer fair use agreements. I.e. "you post, you authorize". Image hosting sites, video sites, etc etc. You can not sue for damages unless you are exploiting illegal material for profit.


Also, it's not "copywrite", it's "copyright". So many idiots here, its scary.
