Eh, but you said that your bro can get on. It would have to be some setting / connection issue on your end, It would appear anyways.

Try reseting your iPod. Hold down the home and power button until the screen goes black and the apple logo appears (you won't lose any data). Also, it might be worth unplugging your router for a bit, plug it back in, and wait a minute before attempting to log into the app store, to see if that fixes the connection issue.

Check for a static IP via your Wireless settings in the ipod as well.

alerady tried but thanks for ur help anyway

Sorry for this wild goose chase but at least we're narrowing the window of possibilities I guess lol.

Alright, go into your settings app, then go to general, then scroll all the way to bottom and select reset. A new menu will come up so now select "Reset Network Settings" and then the iphone will do a reboot and you will see a loading bar, just let that finish. When the iphone turns on, go back to settings and re enter your wifi WEP password and whatnot and try using the wifi.

Hopefully that'll work

Are you getting an ip address at all? If it's showing up as 169 then you're not connected or ipod isn't pulling a DHCP address if its set to that.
