file in d2 folder called bncache.dat
deleting it is worth a try.

The chances of someone taking your CD key and using it under the same exact name is pretty slim. It's the only thing that I can think of though.

The only other thing I can suggest is to delete your bnet cache, doubt that will fix it however.

It might be worth uninstalling and reinstalling like I mentioned earlier.

Worse case, you might have to contact Blizzard and see if they can fix the bug / tell you what's up.

If I want a new cdkey from bnet, i would have to SEND in the original one by mail.... would be expensive and not rly worth it :/ but yeah I rly have no idea whats going on here
