There are supposed to be names of accounts that have stolen a lot of money from Paul as banned words. Not sure how true that is, though.

its all third party/illegal trade situations and perticular websites

I know of two, both are websites, and rivals of D2jsp, personally I think that's kind of...well, I just won't speak.
