Take 5g/day before or after workout (really up to you once your creatine levels are at it's maximum it just won't make any difference)
Loading isn't necessary and cycling it isn't necessary either
Take it with grape juice to get an insulin spike, it helps the body to absorb
Drink plenty of water like 1,5 galon a day (3-4 liters)
