There are different ways, some people do it before, some after, do what you feel like. :)

I'd rather do it the straight way, none of those things work, unless u eat healthy.

Eat healthy > creatine/protein.

Start with small doses (1g) and work your way up. That way you can get an idea of how much water you need to drink

Gosh don't ask such questions in general help people are totally clueless here


Take 5g/day before or after workout (really up to you once your creatine levels are at it's maximum it just won't make any difference)
Loading isn't necessary and cycling it isn't necessary either

Take it with grape juice to get an insulin spike, it helps the body to absorb

Drink plenty of water like 1,5 galon a day (3-4 liters)
