I did, all they did was check my cd-keys and tell me that they work (duh, ive been using them for 6 months) and eventually refer me to their supervisor's email, but I havent heard back from him yet.

There is no way of recovering your account kind Tombman person of D2JSP; When you are creating your Battle.Net account there is a message encouraging one to write down your account name, password, etc. Your only option is to create another account. Also, keep in mind that simply claiming that you remember your "Diablo II" hero/ heroine's name is not enough evidence for the technical support to grant you the account that of which contains the hero/ heroine's due to the fact that heros'/ heroines' names are visible to everybody. Although, since you remember the password something could possibly be worked out in your favour. Good luck to you man.

Well it couldn't hurt anyone to give me the name of the account, because I couldnt get into it without the password.

Still looking for help.. apparently after 48 hours of an account being made, if it doesnt have 2 hours of use on it, the account is deleted.. can anyone confirm this?
