Well sadly not everyone knows that :(

You can discuss that with the Moderators I listed when defending yourself.

You're right that suspension can't be turned around but Moderators certainly can apologize for the suspension and it may bring you further from another 10% warn if that makes sense.

However I can't tell you if it was unjust or not, you'll have to talk to one of them about it :)

I guess I just wanted solace in the fact these warns seem extreme. I am trying to understand how this was flaming so I can make changes personally with my communication to prevent such measures. Not asking waht to do about the suspension as it cannot be overturned.

Well then to help you understand here is my advice on how to avoid warns/suspensions.

Think before you respond to someone, ask yourself is it something that sounds mean or could cause drama.

If you think it could the slightest then just simply ignore it and act like the post was never made.

I know it's hard to ignore people who are hating on you or being disrespectful since everyone feels the need to defend themselves but sometimes it's best to just ignore it and leave it as is.

You have no idea if action is taken against him as well. It's not displayed publicly. The only thing you can see is warn %

If you feel someone is violating the rules, you can PM a moderator at any time, we appreciate your reports.

Well then obviously you should report the posts but if you notice it getting excessive then gather links to the posts and PM a Junior Moderator about it, if the user doesn't get a warn/suspension for it then at least it will scare them some bit.

Eventually if they keep doing it they will get what they deserve, but nothing can be done if no one is reporting the user's posts ^_^

Irowe has PM'ed me and told me not to report issues, because PMing them directly to squll is better for results. The same user I called a "hater" and squll was one of 6 people online during the incident with the power to suspend me.

My initial inquiry was in regards to that my original statement is not flaming. I honestly care not on your opinion of how to avoid warn, but as to your personal definition of flaming.

You should always report someone if you feel they are breaking the rules in any way, use the report button function for minor violations and if it gets excessive PM the links to a Junior Moderator.

Don't let anyone tell you not to report someone if that is what you are saying.

I couldn't really tell you my definition of flaming it really depends on the situation at hand, however in this case I do say that you post is a bit controversial but I don't make that decision.

Interpretation of the rules is at the sole discretion of the d2jsp staff and they have the right to give a suspension/warn when they feel it is needed.

Grab your balls man. Come out and say whats on your mind?

What is the point of a trusted tag if you have to hid yourself to have it? Have some confidence speak your mind.

Tell me what you want to say, but still abide by the site rules, please. I'd love to hear your opinion.

Well my definition is similar to the real definition of flaming.

Which is acting hostile towards another user, insulting interaction between you at or with another user.
