Well, there is no way from iPod to iTunes, but some other ways exists. Though i don't know even one way right now, i know it is sometimes very hard to find a program for it, because they need to update thoroughly, for every update Apple comes out with. Luckily i have all my CD's as backup. But if every of your files are downloaded, or in CD form, it shouldn't take long.
