You do get banned for using 2 accounts.

You should have NO reason to log on to another account to do anything, it is completely forbidden.

I just searched for the topic and you are clearly flaming those users. :(

The best advise i can give you and already have given you is just report any spam and flame you see and DO NOT REPLY TO SPAM OR FLAME EVER it will only get you in trouble.
