It's quite possible that, for the game to have run, the computer needed to configure itself differently and this has thusly stopped everything else from working.

I somewhat doubt there being a virus involved, but do check (if you can) task manager and see if any unfamiliar programs / services / processes are running. If not, I would perhaps try reverting back to an older setting of windows (this shouldn't require a program to do).

i couldnt read it
it was there for a moment and my pc robooted
while rebooting, there was a huge long list of stuff

that was probably when you entered safemode
it shows the list of drivers and stuff

did you try downloading it from a site and replacing it?

Im pretty sure this is a video/sound issue. Maybe something got fried on your motherboard. might need to replace it.
