revieving a suspenstion means that your still violating the rules & therefor your time got extended due to it

Violating a site rule or policy may result in any or all of the following punishments: +10% Warning, Suspension, Forum Gold Lock, Account Ban, Account Disabled.

Not all violations warrnet a Warn % to be added, but they are still violations none the less

But if I received a suspension that is punishment for my offense

if a more severe punishment was needed then I would receive another warn

also the flaming was something really silly like saying "your mom" to something funny someone said, just as a joke.

What are you struggling with to accept? Follow the site rules and you'll be ok.

typically the reason for a warn being rejected and it's duration being extended is mostly due to you violating another rule. in the future, be more aware of the community rules and don't violate them, otherwise your warn removal requests will most likely be rejected.

to put it frankly

none of you are representatives of d2jsp and your even posting here is spam in my opinion

its simple, don't violate rules if you expect a warn to be removed. a warn removal timer isn't there as a guaranteed removal date, it's simply a time when you are eligible to request a removal. removals are only given to individuals who show improvement in their behavior.
