The best thing to do is report the post(s) and do not respond to them at all.

If the person is an obvious nuisance then the mods will punish him accordingly.

From my experience in the trading grounds accusations are usually formed from jealousy and/or bitterness.

These people that flame and make false accusations often are better left ignored. The mods will take care of them if it gets excessive.

If it's constant attacks then gather the evidence and PM it to a mod.
