i never understood what was so good about being a fast typer, etc.

I took a typing test today and scored 60 words per minute with 98.33% accuracy.

I was told by the person giving the test that they had not seen a score that high in quite a while and I was just wondering what type of job I could get as a fast typer?

doesnt seem like anything special to me :-\

I typed 60 wpm in junior high, up to 80 wpm in high school, 120 wpm in my early 20's, and now I'm up to 150 wpm in my late 20's.

I always thought the same thing, what jobs would be perfect for a skill like this? I have an answer for you. Become a web engineer, web developer, or web designer. Requires pure typing and accuracy. I love working in this field. Greatest thing ever with fast-o-fingers

I think the test I took was specifically harder judging on all of your guy's typing times

Yeah except I think they use some kind of special keyboard with pre typed word keys or something weird.

Try taking this and so how you do

I dont think this typing test is accurate because if I make a typo or even double space I cant back space and correct it in my opinion worthless test

//e iim scoring about 77 on average

after taking the other tests that you guys compare off of I think mine is actually more sophisticated and I cant compare my 60 wpm to your 80~150(sounds like a troll)

I don't believe you can copy 150 words per miniute verbatum from a piece of paper into a word document program perfectly, including punctuation, capitalization, and errors of the previous writer at 150 words per minute and 90+% accuracy

Comparing yourself to people who have typed away most of their lives on this forum is a bad idea.

Like comparing dick sizes at a million man march
