There's no rules about regarding this because there's no real loss on either side of the trade. Simply a inconvenience to you which would label him bm as previously said.

He then sells it to the next for even less than the FT offered before.

I can see his end too if you didn't reply to PM's because you didn't see em and you had a temp ban some people are just a bit impatient or dont want to miss out on trading if they feel someones not responding to them
