Useless question sir. Because mostly come from shop site like hrs and it's a kind of scam to sell it, lowballing another legit items / runes (they are not so many dupe in hardcore than softcore man).

Moreover, if you dupe, you can make it smart and nobody will know that, making your own business. But for hybrid items it's just a no sence, cause obviously you can't hide the fact it's an hacked item but you post it. It's like you make a scam in front of a moderator.

It hurts the philosophy of d2jsp in my eyes.

mostly all items on d2 are either imported from shops, people buy the items and sell them in jsp after they dont use them anymore, and if you check it more than 50% than the ISO items on jsp are going to shops, so if noone would buy items from shops there would be way less guys on jsp, shops are a big part of jsp
and as long as dupes will be accepted here you can't do anything against hybrid runewords
