should i put like a "Goals" or "where i see myself in 5 years" type section?

As an employeer goals isn't really needed

If they want to know they will ask u during ur interview

should I include every job I have ever had or just those in the last 5 years, or only the major jobs ive had?

Well it won't hurt. If they don't care, it'll just be a little extra about you, if they do it's taken care of.

this is what i have so far i just need to fill out the work history and decide weither to put a goal/aspirations section

Two years in the Sebastian River High School Cullinary Academy.

Activities
Currently training for a certification in martial arts instruction in the arts of Jeet Kune Do and American Kenpo Karate.

Include all jobs uve had during the timeframe asked on the application for the company/s ur applying for (5 yrs is a good General timeframe)

U want to avoid any gaps in employment, if u have some try and account for them (school, hospitalized after accident, etc) Don't lie or make up things though

Large corporations/employeers that recieve/view 100's of applications/resume's per week look for clean, direct & to the point (extra added stuff is nice, but not needed) they will often overlook large/long resumes (time constraints, a lot of reading, etc)
