thing is matress at dorms, probally nasty as shyt. no idea who slept on them and did what on them before

In my experience dorm mattresses were always Twin XL (not a normal twin). Not sure the dimensions though.

The only thing I found close to that was "XX-Long Full"

I don't know thought, sounds weird for a dorm.

You can get long full, that's what I had to get.
