Those "spaces" wouldn't do anything it will just put the text to the left side

That would be a violation as ur 1st post stated (using more the 3 ___ on each side) would be exessive & constitue a violation of the Topic/title rule

They must have been underscores, then; therefore, the titles with supposed spaces on the left must be illegal?

Exactly, so if you can pay for more attention, why should something that draws attention and isn't against the rules be locked?

That would be fine,

As long as there isn't 3 or more characters (!!!Hello!!!) on each side of the title or to many spaces (H E L L O) it should be fine.

Would not this title have too many symbols in the middle?

Just read the rules and abide by them, stop trying to "outsmart" the system, you won't win.
