All reports are looked at. Whether it be the higher priority reports or the lower priority reports, it all gets reviewed and actions taken if necessary. Spam is dealt with accordingly, but its a tricky subject because spam usually isn't worth a warn unless its excessive. Usually spam is just taken note of and once a pattern starts to unfold, then it becomes a problem and potential consequences come into the equation. I don't think anyone wants to be warned for one or two 'spam' posts, but there is a fine line of course. Your reports are duly noted.
