I was searching for a while. If you do not see it, you have to create it like this.

Create a DWORD (32-bit) Value named HideFastUserSwitching by right clicking on the right side of the editor and selecting New > DWORD(32bit) Value.
Set the Value data for HideFastUserSwitching to 1

Ok did that, not seeing switch user but maybe I need to restart my computer for it to take effect?
