to op: The rule was probably removed because try as he might, he's never gonna be able to stop the sale of mass dupes, so he removed the rule, because it was never followd/enforced to begin with.

Putting a cap on dupe hr sellers is useless.

I remember this, well, and did not care as to the profits of dupers as I just play the game and make a few runewords with the hrs i bought from selling shakos on ladder reset (when hrs are 2k to start and go down to 600 in a few days)

Well mods are mad sketchy, not to say that I disagree with them or anything, nor are they bad etc (I'm somewhat of a minimod myself), But just it seems like its a whole type of opperation or something going on...

its part of the blood oath they make upon becoming mods to never divulge any info.
