they probably charged you, but needs time to process everything, ie. get stock from warehouse, package shipment, then ship it. Clothing stores usually take a couple days to process orders since they get thousands of orders per day. Though i never order from Urban outfitters

i ordered from amazon and it got confirmed and went through in minutes lol

urban outfitters its been 4 days already....

i went to the website and got on my account and no info on order status cause there is none, but however on my bank account the cash was withdrawn from my account but the status says processing.

im just concerned if something went wrong...

Since you have proof that the money was processed I am sure they will refund it to you so the best way is to call urban...

Sometimes the item will be put on backorder - meaning it's out of stock. I'd wait a few more days to see if it's finally shipping, sometimes it could take up to a week+ and I'm speaking from experience of ordering items online where they was put on backorder without and prior notice.

Today is Monday after the holiday weekend. Possibly just wait a day or two (Tuesday and Wednesday) which are normal work days.

well did the same thing happened to you as it happened to me

1) There is no order status or order number on the site I purchased it from, it says there is no items purchased or in shipment.
2) Money was taken out of my bank account, but the status says (Processing)
3) Its been 4 days
4) I haven't been alerted that they are in backorder or anything, cause the item when I purchased it was in stock.



mhmm, i ordered it thursday,

i was expecting at least a order status on the website or something, it just says there is no item ordered or anything.

but in my bank account statement it says, deposit from urban blah blah -20.65 (processing) been like that 4 days

Yes,

I didn't receive a order number due nor status due to it wasn't shipped - I called the company and asked directly about a week later asking "where's my items?" - and they told me it's on backorder, they had to order a new shipment in due to they was out of stock.

Yes, the money was completely paid in full out of my bank account - my bank account was "Pending" at the time, but it completed eventually; On the website I ordered from, it was still at Processing as well.

You won't receive a notification usually as most companies don't go out of their way to provide one if a item is out of stock, that's just from my experience of ordering items online that was out of stock unfortunately - hopefully this helped a bit, I understand it's CERTAINLY frustrating you're wanting the item ASAP and it's out of stock, I was pulling my hair out!
