Do you have a Windows CD?

If you do then insert it and restart your PC.

When you restart have your PC boot from the drive so it loads the Windows install screen (it may do this auto)

Then you just go through the steps.

Do a full erase and restore. (Not a partial or anything similar)

no i have no cd. because this is a notebook a small looking laptop it doesnt have a a disk drive.. >.< so i cant do this anymore?

all you have is a simple rogue anti-virus
this rogue anti-virus is a fake anti-virus used to scare the user with fake error messages or fake virus detections
don't worry, you do not have keyloggers 30 viruses, 4 spyware... etc its only fake messages to scare the user onto buying their product
(if i'm reading your post correctly)

if you want a removal guide, google the name of the fake anti-virus that's on the display screen or simply post it in this post

I would recommend changing all your passwords to anything important on a friends/family members PC until you can sort this out.

Do NOT change any passwords or info on the infected PC. If it is logged the person will still know what you changed it to.

ya this is what i think it is... becuz asoon as i clicked remove all viruses and threats.. it said Buy this for $84.99 will remove everything.. the name i 4got i will have to get of safe mode to look for the name it has something PRO want me to get the name of the Anti-Virus thats doing it?
