Yes, CCleaner will do. D2 will be completely deinstalled.

The uninstal Diablo II button should be here:

I don't know, it might have to do something with what you're running on, like: Vista/7/xp and stuff.
I'm using Windows 7 myself.

One last question:
It has nothing to do with the fact, that I deleted one user from my pc on which I did not delete diablo 2, right?
I can delete it from my admin userprofile also, or?

I don't know why you can't delete Diablo 2 the usual way anymore, but you can delete it from your admin account without any consequences.
