I'm trying to help you if didn't notice, open your eyes and understand:

Your warns won't be removed acting like this, if you do as the moderator said and post back in xx amount of days BUT help out prior to that day with answering
questions properly when they make topics in General Help and report violations on jsp, if you just show that you want to get that warn removed... Then there
will be no hesitation for the moderator to remove your warn, but if you're just going to act like we are a hierarchy and don't want you to have your warn removed... Then it won't be removed. It's simple.

Blaming others for mistakes you did will not help. Nobody forced you to post anything violating the rules.
You got told what you should do, so post a new topic in 43 days.
It would be a good idea to read the rules now so that you avoid to get more warn.
