Different for every state.

But usually:
Blue, Red, Amber (Orange), and Green are all illegal.

Blue lights on a car is illegal in all 50 states.

what happens if you buy an old police car then with the lights already installed? are you legally required to remove them?

You cannot "buy" an "old police car" with the lights already installed. (excluding some collectors item, or antique which would be plated appropriately or may even require some type of special permit to own) As the law in my state is wrote it still wouldn't be legal but I feel there would be some type of exemption.

If you dont wire them, or put any Police logos there.
so its legal. Even trucks use that color of horn / lights. not a problem.

and how many times you see somekindla, if its illegal, tell me why normal "example: plumbers, fixers etc.." They always have different style of lights.

It's ilegal out of car but in car u can have lights the color u want

damn, well im gonna ask a police officer just to make sure haha.
but the thing is how would cops know if your not a cop? i mean

for exemple: Crown Victoria. Tinted windows. 5% and um you put the lights on and put a few antenas on your trunk.. take off the rims.. and put a Huge Light on your side view mirror.. how would they know your not one of them unless they check the plates right im just wondering lol. b/c iv seen a few youtube videos where people have done this..

what about the SIRENS are they Legal or Illegal? cuz ive seen those in ppls cars aswell but i herd you cant use em on roads.

No. Its illegal unless you are a cop or fire/volunteer fireman. Period.
