Character name trades are ilegal but at your own risk. The same way Uber Topics were made, before they were illegal.
Same goes with account trades.
It's impossible to trade a name securely, that's why mediators aren't involved.
Would you rather it go back to being illegal and warns issued for trying to trade them?
