I see someone replied that you "must ask njaguar before you make this account"

Is there any truth to this? I know the rules specify only one account per person and not per ip. But my question is, how can you really verify that the same person is not just making multiple accounts under an assumed relative (for example, brother). Is there just an honor system to this?

I guess it partially is an honor system, but that is why we say follow the rules and you should be fine.

There is no perfect system for finding and preventing multis, as it is just impossible, but you can't just not allow brothers and/or sisters to create their own accounts in the same house.

Thank goodness my brother does not live with me anymore, and my girlfriend's brother doesn't know d2jsp exists :) I wouldn't want to take any chances with them compromising my account.
