Multi = person who has multiple accounts

It is bad because a person can be trusted on one account and 'scam' or do other bad things on the other while maintaining their trust on their real account.

There isn't much you can do except for using the Contact feature --> http://forums.d2jsp.org/contact.php

Keep in mind it can take awhile to get a response, so refrain from making anymore accounts.

Thanks guys. It kinda sucks you need to buy a new computer just to use jsp lol but I guess if this is what I gotta do.

They don't ban accounts for that reason, if you create multiple accounts on the same IP then you really need to follow all the rules because whatever happens to her happens to you, as in if she gets Locked you get Locked too.

You don't need to buiy a computer at all, just do what Matt (Legacy) said

Yeah she's already done that. I don't know how I should show them proof though. I can pic myself with my SN and her with hers I guess.
