You must have scammed (or done any other illegal fg/payment activity) if you have a scammer tag.

You won't get a scammer tag for having multiple accounts -- so I would suggest asking why you are locked / scammer tagged.
When violating the rules there will be strict actions taken. Only the d2jsp staff knows what these are, and it's up to their discretion to take actions when you violate the rules.

O I guess what my friend did then, im going to ask him out tommorow!! the day before he reported me for multiple acc he was at my house and used is jsp to buy out a ber rune for me back then. Maybe he actualy reported me for multi acc and acc scamming or something O.O
