either wait it out can last up to 72 hours if is a diablo 2 related restriction
if its non diablo 2 and bnet wise (i.e. entering invalid cd key)
it can last from 72hours - 2 weeks

or you can somehow change ur static ip to dynamic and turn the router off overnight and your problem will be solved

This isn't an IP ban, realm down or temp ban. It has something to do with your router and compatibility or something.

For instance I tried connecting to Diablo on my school wifi and it never connected to server, probably because of the extreme security but it could be other things.
