I think you're streaming using the wrong resolution in your XSplit. try to go to edit menu, then resolutions and then pick the correct resolution (or experiment with different ones).

Also if you're streaming text-based content, you can try to right click your screen region and then check "optimize text resize". it will make the text much clearer however it would also use more cpu power.
