Even if you call them all they will say "We sorry there's is nothing we can do" and then you will get pissed even more.
every once in a while they're able to recover them. But usually not. I've only heard of 1 or 2. This certainly isn't common, but it happens a lot more than people think, could happen to anyone. It happened to dozens of people when they reset ladder because they were having trouble with the servers. Friend lost a 30kfg zon.
