I had this exact same problem on my laptop. Randomly it would start playing pirate music or some wierd shit and nothing I ever tried seemed to be able to find it. Then it got stolen..

Already been tried.

I went and tried to delete the IE folder and everytime I do everything goes to trash but it just goes right back to the folder in 5 seconds..

imo b4 you throw this cpu by the window i would try to reformat ... if you have nothing rly important on it
if you have important stuff on it i suggest you take those off on a usb key
then put in your windows cds and let them play ... you will have to select reformat etc but its pretty easy to do
