did you do what i asked you to do?
check your services for anything suspicious
start - run - msconfig - services tab
or you can download process explorer from microsoft then double-click on the svchosts.exe to see the running services and an explanation on what the service is doing (i recommend this, its way faster and easier)
google process explorer

are you're automatic updates on also? i believe there was an error in one of the patch which gave you a Data Execution Prevention error on startup
start - control panel - automatic updates - Automatic (recommended)

Yes, I've done these.
Didn't see anything suspicious. Will look again, I guess.

you go into start up programs and see if it is under there for programs that turn on when it starts up?
also whtprograms u use to scan?

You can't take it off of the start-up list.
